Looking After the CX
Let’s start with some fantastic news on the CX: its engine, transmission, and hydraulics are impressively reliable, having already been well-tested for 20 years on the DS. However, it’s wise to keep an eye on the Diravi steering system, as it can occasionally develop internal or external leaks. Over time, the hydraulic fluid return hoses may dry out and crack. Additionally, the front suspension rods and bushings, along with the rear suspension arm bearings, may require replacement after all these years.
